Patients Late for their Appointment

Due to increasing numbers of patients arriving late for appointments, we have reluctantly decided to adopt the following policy for late arrivals.

Any patient arriving late for an appointment will be asked to re-book. 

Late arrivals have a knock-on effect for other patients, adding to the pressure of the workload for GP's and Nurses.
